Latino Community Credit Union has opened for business at its new branch in Carrboro (Orange County) in North Carolina at 104 Higway 54, Suite KK.

This LCCU branch will provide high convenience for the members in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Durham and nearby counties such as Alamance and Chatham. LCCU will have a grand opening celebration in several weeks and will invite the public to join in its celebration. More details of this event will follow.

“LCCU wants to continue making affordable financial products and services more convenient and accessible for the unbanked population in North Carolina,” says LCCU board member John Herrera.
LCCU offers a full-range of financial products and services in the new Carrboro branch, including transaction services, deposit products, money transfer services, auto, consumer, mortgage and microbusiness loans, online services, and, as a certified agent of the IRS, members can apply for the Individual Tax Identification Number in LCCU’s offices. The new location will also offer free financial education workshops to LCCU members as well as the larger community.
