ITIN
The ITIN is an official number issued by the Internal Revenue Service that allows you to declare your taxes, open bank accounts that earn interest, and apply for loans. Direct Deposit is a safe, easy and reliable way to deposit your paycheck. With Direct Deposit you can avoid having to go to a branch to cash your paycheck.
The way it works is that your employer deposits your salary directly in your account and you receive a stub with all the information about hours worked and salary. Your money is safe and starts earning interest right away.
Directo a México
LCCU has a convenient product called "Directo a México," which allows transfers to Mexico for only $5.
With "Directo a México," funds are transferred from your LCCU account, through the Federal Reserve, to the Bank of Mexico, where it is delivered to your beneficiary in Mexico.

You can send up to $1,500 to El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala for only $10. You can send money to Mexico for only $5. LCCU can send money to more than 30 countries and to locations within the U.S.
LCCU collaborates with the World Council of Community Credit Unions (WOCCU) and IRNet to negotiate wire transfers to various countries at low cost.
